The enrolments are open
Entries are now open for the Südtirol Gardenissima! We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, March 30 2019 to close your skiing season in style!
This is the world’s longest giant slalom: Südtirol Gardenissima. It takes place on the Seceda and Col Raiser slopes in Val Gardena in one exhilarating run. So hurry, as entries are limited to just 700 participants. There’s also a good prize money on offer for this great competition!
An exhilaratingly long run
The Südtirol Gardenissima starts at the top of the Seceda (2,518 metres) and finishes at the Col Raiser cable car station at Plan da Tieja (1,485 m), an incredible helter-skelter run of over 6 kilometres that includes an elevation change of 1,033 metres and 115 gates. And it all takes less than four minutes – the best possible way to feel like a real champion! Competitors start in pairs on parallel courses which after a kilometre, merge into a single giant slalom run.
